The Annet Unified Process (AUP™) is our proprietary software development methodology. Acquisition:
The project Acquisition phase begins with the client communicating critical business issues and specific technology and media needs to Annet's vertically-attuned, technologically-adept and certified consultants.

Definition:
Our team analyzes your requirements and returns industry-standard but specifically tailored requirement mapping documentation customized to your overall business and technical strategy and needs. This is accompanied by a comprehensive proposal outlining time and cost estimates for the project, as well as contractual terms of agreement.

Elaboration:
Upon acceptance of the project, your dedicated Annet project manager will define the work effort and resources. You will receive documentation including a customer requirement specifications; this will be matched to functional specifications for the development group. In this documentation, you will see the number of individuals who are dedicated to your project as well as milestones, baselines and risk analysis, and a full functional specification document which can be modified by change order throughout the process where appropriate. Development and/or delivery activity on your project begins when you approve the plan.

Production:
During this phase, Annet commits resources to the actual development of your business solution and product. While we are in this actual development phase, behavioral prototypes are created for client review. A functional/integrated version of your solution will be delivered at the end of this phase.

Transfer:
When we securely and accurately transfer the code to you for your product, we provide full documentation including customer requirement specifications, functional specifications, design wireframes, source code/database, and user documentation. During this phase, we work closely with you to ensure that the product we have designed for you meets all of your vertical business and technical specifications.

Annet provides a project office for every development or design initiative for our clients. This office, overseen by a certified project manager who utilizes Project Management Institute (PMI), International Project Management Association, Open Standards Project Management Method (OSPMM), and other industry-leading processes, is the single point of contact and accountable for all activities related to your project

APMIST is Annet's comprehensive web-based tool for sharing project and resource information across your organization and stakeholders worldwide with secure access controls. APMIST is used by our certified project managers and consultants to provide the most accurate and up-to-date possible and information flows throughout a development initiative. In keeping with our collaborative approach to project management, our APMIST solution enables our clients, where they choose to do so, to update critical information regarding the project.
