Education paths for our employees and skill enrichment are prime areas of focus for Annet's human resources department. We have a dedicated training center that concentrates on analyzing the development of our employees and provides programs to fulfill training needs. We stress on ongoing training and development and incorporate training objectives in each employee's performance. Our strategy is a mix of organization-led initiatives and individual driven efforts. We encourage employees to self-identify training programs that will increase their value to Annet and the marketplace. Besides this, we sponsor employees for leading-edge training initiatives.

We have our own in-house training center, called the Annet Competency Development Center (ACDC), which delivers advanced training to our associates in the new and emerging areas of technology. The various forms of training include seminars, conference tutorials and workshops, classroom training, mentoring, and laboratories.

ACDC is an important institution for the ramp-up of new business processes, technologies and skills to meet customer demands. Training to consultants is also provided during projects so as to sharpen specific skills and provide understanding of the client's specific line of business. Additionally, we have relationships with distance learning providers and offer remote training initiatives that are aligned with our business models and strategies.
